We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition (tags attached, free from stains, odors, or damage).
  • Be purchased directly from 5IVE Clothing (items purchased from third-party retailers are subject to their return policies).
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (exceptions may apply for faulty or damaged goods).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged).
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom prints, monograms, etc.).
  • Underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure and undamaged during transit. Include the RA number inside the package for faster processing.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Send the item to the return address provided. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective goods).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item is received. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item does not meet the conditions for a full refund (e.g., used or damaged), we may issue a partial refund or offer store credit.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items and offer a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to ensure timely resolution.

7. Late Returns

Returns outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund. If your return is late, we may be able to offer you store credit, at our discretion, but we cannot guarantee it.

8. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you contact us before your order has been shipped, we will do our best to assist you. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us at emeka@5iveactive.com as soon as possible.

9. International Returns
